RETURN POLICY



30 DAYS

You have 30 days to return any unused product excluding sale items, clothing and cut bars. Product must be in brand new and untouched condition.

EASY RETURNS

The majority of orders are shipped in the original product packaging. To return a product, simply reuse the same box. After completing your return requests, print and stick the provided return label on your package and drop it off.

RETURN REQUESTS

All return requests must be processed by Parallel. If you placed an order online and want to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

If you need assistance during the return process, feel free to contact us.

Return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer.

All returns will be refunded once they are received and processed by Parallel.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

If you would like to exchange the product you are returning, we invite you to simply place a new order for the items of your choice once the return process has been initiated with us.



IN-STORE RETURNS

With the presentation of your online store order receipt, unused products may be returned at our Sherbrooke retail location within 30 days following the reception of the order. It is also possible to exchange products for a Parallel gift card.

No in-store return, credit or exchanges possible from December 26th to 29th.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 
 

X-MAS GIFT EXCHANGE EXTENDED POLICY

Products purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 31st online or in store.

CLOTHING RETURNS

We do not accept returns on clothing.

RECEPTION OF DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS

It is your responsibility to inspect your package and merchandise immediately upon reception. In rare cases, items may get damaged during transport. Please contact us within 7 days to report any damage or defective products and make arrangements for an exchange.

PACKAGING PRODUCTS FOR A RETURN

Please wrap and protect original product boxes before shipping them back for a return. Products must be returned with their original box or packaging in their original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape stuck directly onto it.

Note: Repackaging fees may be charged if a product is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box.

ORDERS OF 125$ OR MORE

We offer free shipping on all orders of 125$ or more, after discounts and before taxes, to all valid addresses inside North America.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING DELAYS

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). We strive to ship orders out on the business day of or following your order.

IMPORTANT: The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order.
